Cancellation Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year or person. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participating in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. Runners should be medically able and properly trained to participate in the 5k race. The runner understands the risks associated with running this event, including, but not limited to, weather, traffic, course conditions and surfaces, falls and contact with other runners, volunteers, or spectators. 

Medical Support
On-site medical support will not be provided for the event. Runners in need of medical care will have to wait for emergency response personnel to arrive to the course upon being called. By entering the race and participating, the entrant agrees to treatment by medical personnel, and also agrees to accept medical decisions about the entrant’s fitness to participate or continue in the race.

Rules & Regulations
Runners agree to obey and accept the rules of this race and any related events and abide by the decision of any race official concerning the runner’s ability to safely complete the run. The following items are not permitted in the No Child Wet Behind 5k: skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, or any other types of vehicles. These regulations are for the participant’s safety and the safety of the other participants in the race. The No Child Wet Behind 5k reserves the right to disqualify and remove anyone from the course who has any of the above items.
