This all-inclusive three-week series (or weekend intensive) is dedicated to answering all of your questions about pregnancy and childbirth. Topics include: anatomy of pregnancy and birth, fetal positioning, nutritional needs for a healthy pregnancy, common discomforts (and how to alleviate them), the process of birth, coping techniques (both medical and not), breathing and relaxation, positions for labor and birth and how to write a birth plan.
