Teresa Gossard is a postpartum & infant care doula and infant feeding specialist in Greater Cincinnati. We are thrilled to share her expertise with families. Today, we get to know her a little better.
What's your why? Doula work can be draining, physically and emotionally. Why do you do it?
I used to work as a Pediatrics Nurse, and love working with children - babies in particular. It is so rewarding to watch my clients’ babies grow and develop their own personalities. I truly enjoy working with new families. The best feeling for me, as a Doula, is leaving a family I have worked with for the last time, confident that they feel secure, capable and happily settled with their family unit.
